Production process:
1.Suck 20 tubes from the belt and put them on top of the guiding mechanism

2. flip the guiding mechanism and put the tubes inside the tray --- after filling the tubes, feed the material forward to the front position of the machine --- the pushing mechanism pushes the material forward and sends the tray to the plasma air-washing area

3.flip the tray and plasma air-wash --- send the tray forward again to the spraying area

4.lower the robotic hand and spray the anti-coagulant --- feed the tray forward and lower the robotic hand and fill sodium citrate

5.send the tray forward, the robotic hand picks up the cap and presses it into the tubes

6. extract all the air in the tubes. Send the tray forward, drop the robot, fill the sodium citrate

7.feed the tray forward, the robot picks up the cap, presses and fits it into the tube

8.take all the air out of the tube---separate the foam box, feed the tube forward

9.take the tube out of the tray, separate the mismatches, and put the tube into the foam box

10.push the tray back to the conveyor belt---goods out of the tray

11.send good products to the film wrapping machine to pack the films, vacuuming

12. labeling

13. discharging

Output: 15000-17000pcs/hour
