1. Used for automatic assembly of iodophor cap for peritoneal dialysis external extension tube end, infection cap for infusion connector and catheter.

2. Customized rotary or loop line turntable type machine according to customers' actual capacity.

3. Each assembly process is equipped with detection to ensure high quality qualified products.

4. Accuracy of iodine/disinfectant liquid adding can be controlled within 0.005ml.

5. High sponge loading precision, 1/3 of the upper surface can be flat.

6. Automatically welding aluminum foil or assemble caps for sealing option (according to customer requirements). Alu foil in rolls can be cut automatically inline, or ready cut foil being welded directly.

7. Machine made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, in accordance with GMP requirements.

8. Main power from servo motor + reducer, induce intermittent motion which make fixtures in static status during assembly, provide high rate of qualified product.

9. PLC control system, touch screen HMI operation.

Can be connected with pouch packaging machine to form automatic production line.
