Product Description

1. Applied for automatic assembly switch buttons of microwave oven, rice cooker and other household appliances. The bottom ring of spring can be inserted to the base automatically.

2. Customized turntables according to real production capacity.

3. Each assembly process is guaranteed by site inspection, reducing manual screening and production cost.

4. Correctness of spring assembly will be checked by pulling, to make sure assembly quality.

5. Qualified and reject products are discharged separately.

7. Main driving power comes from servo motor + reducer device, which make intermittent motion and fixtures will be in a static state when products are assembled, achieving accurate assembly result and high rate of qualified product.
